TRANSEARCH USA faced a challenge trying to establish its presence in the US market, as they had achieved great success in other parts of the world. They had experimented with different strategies on their own but could not achieve the desired level of success. Their homegrown system was outdated, leaving them open to modernizing and holistically looking at their entire strategy.

The challenge for TRANSEARCH was two-fold: how do they make themselves more visible within the US market, and how do they build trust between potential customers?

After that, we developed a marketing strategy to tap into both their existing customer base and draw in new clients.

Our data team combed through the CRM to analyze the previous email campaigns, enabling our Rockstarr team to develop an optimized strategy that would ultimately result in a 46.7% increase in open rate and a 115.6% increase in clicks to book a call.

With a new website and email marketing generating activity, it was time for the Rockstarrs to develop Operation Book A Call. We developed the strategy, framework, and content that consisted of eight mini-campaigns with the end goal of booking a call with the sales team.

We launched the mini-campaign as a small hyper-focused local campaign to a limited number of leads with the intention of testing before we scale to other locations. Within two weeks, we generated 70 conversations with interested prospects and booked 17 calls. As the initial test was successful, the TRANSEARCH team rolled this initiative out nationwide.

In just three months, Operation Book A Call influenced 3,405 contacts and has at least one deal attributed directly to it, with the sales team experiencing a 969% increase in booked calls. Moreover, by June 2023, all team members surpassed the number of meetings booked throughout 2022. 

Through these efforts, we helped TRANSEARCH break through the bottlenecks to create opportunities, build its growth and a strong reputation within the industry and become more competitive and recognizable within its market. In recognition of these successes, TRANSEARCH was recognized with the highly coveted 2022 Innovation Award.
