Hey Rockstarrs –
“How do I stop being the bottleneck in my own business?” – Jim
Hi Jim –
You become the bottleneck when everything routes through you for approval, strategy, or execution.
The first shift is identity. You are not the best technician in the room. You are the architect. Your job is to design outcomes, not personally deliver every piece of them.
Then you audit your involvement. Where are you inserting yourself out of habit instead of necessity? Where are you protecting control instead of building capacity?
Delegate with standards.
Train with context.
Measure outcomes, not effort.
You do not lose control by stepping back.
