Where to Start With Business Systems?

Hi Julia -

Start where repetition lives.

Look at your calendar. What do you do every week that feels familiar? Sales calls. Onboarding. Reporting. Client updates. That is where your first systems belong.

Do not build complex infrastructure. Build clarity. Write down the sequence. Define the standard. Turn it into a checklist. Then refine.

Systems should remove decisions, not add paperwork. If a system feels heavy, you overbuilt it.

The goal is leverage, not documentation for documentation’s sake.
