How do I know if my consulting business is really ready to scale, or if I’m forcing it too soon?
If you’re asking this question, it’s because you already feel the ceiling. That tension, doing great work but not seeing meaningful financial lift, is the real indicator, not a certain revenue target or perfect set of conditions.
