Bryon Ellington launched BEXponential with a logo and a goal. Within six to eight weeks, the firm had grown 133% and hit the client goal he had set for its first six months.
He Had Seen It Work Before
Before BEXponential existed, Bryon Ellington was Chief Development Officer at CENTURY 21, launching a brand-new coaching division. His team brought in Rockstarr & Moon to build the launch, and Century 21 Coaching finished at 171% of its sales goal.
So when Bryon went out on his own, he didn't shop around. "When I went out on my own as an entrepreneur, I needed somebody who was quick and nimble, who I had a great deal of trust in and knew could do the job," he said.

The Challenge
A Logo and Nothing Else
BEXponential helps high-performing leaders grow personally and professionally. On day one, it had a name, a logo and Bryon's reputation. It had no website, no message and no way to reach the leaders it wanted to coach.
The coaching market is crowded, and a new firm has no track record to point to. BEXponential needed to look established from the first day, and it needed conversations with real prospects fast.
Three Moves
Move One: Know Exactly Who to Talk To
BEXponential started by defining its ideal client and researching what those leaders want and what holds them back. From that came a value proposition built to land emotionally with the people Bryon wanted to coach.
Move Two: Look Established on Day One
BEXponential launched a professional website that carries the brand's tone and makes the value proposition impossible to miss. Every page points a visitor toward one next step: a conversation with Bryon.
Move Three: Start Conversations Right Away
BEXponential launched a conversational outreach campaign built on its new message, aimed at carefully researched lists of its ideal clients. Email and search work followed to keep the new brand in front of the same audience.
The calendar filled almost immediately. "I don't know if you're promising them a free car or what, but suddenly, my Calendly is jumping," Bryon wrote. BEXponential signed its first campaign-driven client within four weeks of launch.
The Results
Ahead of Plan From the Start
Bryon had set goals for his first six months and his first year. BEXponential passed the six-month mark in under eight weeks.
"Within six to eight weeks, Jon and Rachel have grown my business by 133%, which was well ahead of pace for what I set out as my goal," Bryon said. "In fact, we achieved my six-month goal within six to eight weeks."

Why It Matters
A new firm doesn't get months to find its footing. BEXponential treated launch as a sprint: know the client, look the part, start the conversations. It went from a logo to its six-month goal in less time than most firms spend building a website.
