Should you outsource marketing or keep it in-house for a small business with limited resources?

Hey Rockstarr team –

How do you decide whether to outsource marketing or keep it in-house for a small business with limited resources?

Rob

Hey Rob –

Ask yourself this: Do you have the time, expertise, and tools to handle marketing in-house and still hit your business goals? If not, outsource. There’s no shame in bringing in experts who live and breathe marketing—it’ll save you time and get better results. If you’re trying to do it all, you’ll end up doing none of it well. Focus on what you’re good at, and let a pro handle the rest.

That said, if you have someone in-house who knows what they’re doing and can handle the basics, you can keep things lean and outsource the high-level strategy or creative.
